The dish we ordered was 1,580yen "Shunka Bento".
The soft drink such as coffee, tea is also served.
You can see the dish much closer with the photo below.
It contains tempura, sashimi, steamed vegetables and broiled fish. We really enjoyed the delicious meal.
Though we were almost full, all of us enjoyed gelato which was sold at the same floor.
There was an one storied house following the sign. The cafe is only open during the winter, until the end of March at this moment.
I ordered a premium beef sandwich with a bowl of vegetable soup. The price was 850yen.
The beef patty is only added salt and pepper and the owner told me that he opens the cafe to let people know this dish. He seems to be the owner or a person who works for Yamakawa ranch.
The cafe is full of cow goods and you can enjoy seeing them, too;D
I bought some ikameshi boxes as souvenir and enjoyed tasty rice stuffed squids at home. When you visit Onuma area by car, how about going a little further? It takes about 20 minutes or so from Onuma;-D
If you are interested in Ikameshi, please check this post of my other blog.
My husband ordered a salt taste ramen with chicken & shrimp dumplings, 地鶏えびわんたん麺(jidori ebi wang tang men), 930yen. This dish has two tastes and you are supposed to choose either salt or soy taste.
I believe they have only Japanese menu, but you can choose what you like judging by their appearances on the picture menu.
You can enlarge most of the pictures on this blog. ;D
Snow crab leg, a scallop, a squid, a big potato, wakeme seaweed are topped on the noodle. The broth is miso taste and sprinkled with hot pepper. So it is an adequate dish on cold days. I forgot the exact price, but it didn't exceed 1,500 yen, I believe.
Very close to the restaurant, there is another jumbo ramen shop named Kamome. You can find it easily because it says, "We are the one on Lonely Planet".
