Yesterday I went to Onuma and found that Mt. Komagatake was snowcapped. I was shocked to know I had forgot to take a camera with me. The last weekend, my husband and I drove to Shiriuchi using the newly opened highway line. The highway extended its line to Tomikawa and I wanted to see the newly open part. 観光というカテゴリーを余暇活動、というようにちょっと変更してみました。先週末、相方と知内方面に新たにオープンした高速使って行ってきました。富川まで 観光というカテゴリーを余暇活動、というようにちょっと変更してみました。先週末、相方と知内方面に新たにオープンした高速使って行ってきました。富川まで高速が延びて、ちょっと新しく伸びた部分を走ってみたかったので。

And we set the destination of the day on Omonai observatory. It is next to the Omonai Shrine and commands a fine view of the town.
そんなわけで、重内展望台を目的地に設定しました。重内神社のすぐわきにあって、知内の町が見渡せます。

At the end of the road, there is a torii gate of Omonai shrine. On the top of the hill, there is an observatory deck.
道路の突き当たりに重内神社の鳥居があります。頂上に展望台があります。

There are 210 steps to get to the deck and shrine, but there is a one-way drive way, too. We certainly took the latter without any hesitation.
210段の階段の先に展望台と神社があるのですが、一方通行道路もまたあります。はい。もちろん、後者を迷うことなく選択しました。

We paid homage at the Omonai shrine and after that, I noticed the box and found a notebook inside.重内神社にお参りもしました。そして大学ノートの入った箱に気づきました。

If you write your name in the notebook, the shinto priest of the shrine pray for the visitors who wrote their names in it at the annual festival.
ノートに名前を書き入れると、例大祭の時に神主さんが祈祷してくださるそうです。

Then, I drew a 100yen fortune slip.そんでもって100円のおみくじも引いてみました。

Most people tie their fortune slips to twigs, but I prefer keeping it with me to remind the message on it occasionally. おみくじを木の枝に結びつける人が多いですが、私は時折内容を確認したいので持ちかえる派です。

ちょっと素敵ではないですか？絵は全部金山正のりさんによる切り絵です。開港150周年を記念して作られたそうで、製作は中央図書館、制作費は函館生命保険協会が出してくださっているそうです。

As for the 150th anniversary, I wanted to participate in the related events some way and renewed my web site. But a horrible thing happened after uploading the data. The following day, when I tried to add more information, I noticed my PC's hard-disc was totally crashed. I can't modify it nor add any information

I was really satisfied with all the dishes and ate up all. In addition, I ordered a cake set as dessert. If you order lunch plate, you can have a cup of coffee(or tea) and a piece of cake with 500yen. If you want to order this cake set only, the price will be 750yen. I chose apple cheese cake and this was also good.
このお膳、”まごは（わ）やさしい”という健康に良い食べ物を選ぶコツのフレーズを彷彿とさせてくれます。どれもおいしくて大満足、完食でした。さらにケーキセット、500円もデザートに頼んでしまいました。お食事するとその値段でオーダーできます。ケーキセットだけだと750円です。リンゴのチーズケーキを頼んだのですが、これまた美味しかったです。


My husband ordered soup curry and rice. It was great, too.
ちなみに夫はスープカレーとライスをオーダー。これも美味しかった！
